THE NEVER BORING

FOUNDATION.

Our Mission.

Public Arts as a Public Good

From the beginning, we knew this couldn't just be a story about a Banksy. It had to be a story about what comes after the attention fades. A story about what that art stood for, and how to carry it forward.

The Never Boring Foundation is our answer: a registered non-profit, using public art to support cultural regeneration and creative collaboration, starting in Great Yarmouth, and radiating outwards.

We fund artists, and launch projects that make civic life feel more alive, all grounded in community and zero damage to the spaces we work in.

“We imagine a town where art lives not just in galleries, but on walls, bus stops, and billboards. Where creative work isn't locked behind permits or prestige.

Where public art is treated as a shared resource. Something that belongs to everyone.

We're here to turn that vision into action.”

Banksy’s proto-manifesto

The vision that inspired The Foundation came from a Banksy quote we unearthed from his book Wall and Piece.

Given that the piece on the house incorporates a bus stop we believe the quote inspired Banksy to create the art.

It’s become the name of the piece and the vision statement and blueprint of The Never Boring Foundation.

Be Never Boring

We are currently in the lawyer and gathering advisor stage of setting up the Foundation.

Once the organisation has been registered we will be releasing a limited edition collection of 1439 generative pieces to fund the first projects.

Bus stops are far more interesting and useful places to have art than in museums.
