“The Banksy Stays on The Wall.”
There's a house in an old seaside town on the Eastern tip of England, with a verified Banksy on the wall. The last untouched piece from Banksy’s series The Great British Spraycation.
Most of the time, the story would end here. A wall gets cut out, sold to a collector, perhaps vandalised or left to slowly fade. We all move on.
But what if it stays on the wall, and we build something entirely new around it?
-
Just so we’re all clear, while Banksy himself verified that he is the artist of the piece on the wall, this project is not official, not endorsed by Banksy™, or Pest Control and isn’t pretending otherwise.
Locals call it The Banksy House. So do we. It’s a name, not a brand. We’re here to honour the art and the reason The Man with A Can and A Plan put it here in the first place, not to hijack it or get rich. No rights claimed. No illusions sold. Just one wall, one house and a big idea with community at its heart.
If you are Banksy - thanks for the art mate - drop us a line we’ve got loads to talk about.
“I've learnt from experience that a painting isn't finished when you put down your brush – that's when it starts.”

“The house is the Art.”
If “The Banksy Stays on The Wall”, then the house becomes the art. The street becomes the gallery. The neighbourhood becomes a cultural landmark.
The House acts as a source for artists, storytellers and creative technologists to build art, narrative and culture around it.
From small limited edition digital art releases to ambitious collective public art projects.
the project
The Banksy House Project is a conceptual art experiment that has has been running behind closed doors since 2022.
Part museum, playground, tech lab and art collective. And part old Victorian house opposite the gasworks.
THE STORY
The story of The House doesn’t begin with Banksy, and it certainly doesn’t end with him either.
The man with a can and a plan was only one of the humans

The Wall
The story begins with The Wall. An evolving collective ledger carved into brick. Banksy wasn’t the first to make his mark, he won’t be the last.

THE NEVER BORING MANIFESTO
We’re building a digital house as an interface between the physical world and the blockchain. Brick, data, media and an AI who lives in the attic.
THE 3 HOUSES
Here, creativity meets opportunity. Whatever you're building, we're here to help you take the first step with confidence. Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
-

BRICKS & MORTAR
The source. A Victorian house on the edge of nowhere with a verified Banksy. The 'ground truth' for the entire project.
-

DATA & CODE
A high-fidelity digital twin. The source material for digital preservation, onchain archives, and new derivative works.
-

ART & RESEARCH
The onchain 'soul' of the house, with a semi-sentient nervous system connected to the blockchain.
EXHIBITS
