“The Banksy Stays on The Wall“

There’s a house, in an old seaside town on the Eastern tip of England, with a verified Banksy on the wall. The last untouched piece from Banksy's series The Great British Spraycation.

Most of the time, the story would end here. A wall gets cut out. A Certificate of Authenticity arrives in a Peli case. We all move on.

But what if it stayed on the wall and we build something entirely new around it?

The Banksy House Project is a collaborative art experience like no other.

With The Declaration “The Banksy Stay’s on The Wall” we refuse the gallery as our medium and embrace the street, digital realms, and the blockchain.

We open the doors of The Banksy House to the world, to enable collectors, artists, digital builders, curators, storytellers, venture culturalists and anyone with a good idea, to co-create a living, potentially infinite story, recorded and archived onchain.

In the process, we collectively help to preserve, archive and ruthlessly re-imagine an ultra-rare cultural asset, by The World’s Most Famous Living Artist.

Part museum, part art collective, part non-profit, part tech lab, onchain hyperart metaexperience, and old Victorian House by the gasworks.

Nothing like this has been attempted before, and you’re here at the beginning.
