We have a House.
It has a Banksy.
It’s staying on the wall.
A collective experiment in art, code and cultural preservation.
There’s a house, in an old seaside town on the Eastern tip of England, with a verified Banksy on the wall. The last untouched piece from Banksy's series The Great British Spraycation.
Most of the time, the story would end here. A wall gets cut out. A Certificate of Authenticity arrives in a Peli case. We all move on.
But what if it stayed on the wall and we build something entirely new around it?

“I've learnt from experience that a painting isn't finished when you put down your brush – that's when it starts.”

We’re equal parts community non-profit, tech lab, and art collective, that exists in the real world, online and on blockchain.
An evolving cultural laboratory and playground, releasing art, launching community projects, and testing new models of collective authorship, digital permanence, and memetic power.
And you’re invited to take part.

We have captured a hi-resolution digital twin of the house that acts as an interface between the physical house, digital space and the blockchain.
An evolving experiment around art, narrative, preservation and spatial computing, overseen by an AI who identifies as a seagull.

The Never Boring Foundation, is our community governed non-profit, named and inspired by Banksy’s proto-manifesto that we discovered, encoded into the art on the side of the house.
